Since 1965 we have grown to one of the largest employers in the South West of England, with over 3,200 employees across our six manufacturing sites in Plymouth. In March 2023, KPS acquired a controlling interest in Princess Yachts Ltd. KPS, through its affiliated management entities, is the manager of the KPS Special Situations Funds, a family of investment funds with over $14.4 billion of assets under management (as of September 30, 2022).
