Position: Aftersales Service Manager
Location: Plymouth
Salary: £45-50k per annum + potential bonuses
Duration: Permanent
Hours of Work: Mon – Thurs 7.30am – 4.30pm & Fri 7.30am – 12.30pm (39hrs per week)

Main Goals And Objectives

Define, implement and manage:

Princess Customer Service strategy, to include:

  • Service Standards 
  • Warranty Registration System
  • Direct Yacht Management
  • Customer Feedback
  • Training Programme

Global CRM database

  • System development
  • Best Practice Lead
  • Training Programme

Reports

  • Team performance KPI’s
  • Warranty, PDI & Goodwill costs
  • Warranty costs recovery

Lead Company and Distributor network to develop Customer Service culture.

Manage & build relationships between OEM’s and the PYL distributor network.

Drive improvements in product quality via Monthly & Quarterly reporting.

Responsibilities/Tasks/Competency

Service

  • Responsible for Standards & Performance
  • Manage and lead Princess Service team
  • Best practice lead for Distributor network

CRM

  • Lead development of CRM system
  • Implement Training programme and role out across distributor network

Reports

  • Define KPI reports
  • Track and manage OEM costs recovery

Main competency

  • Service Management Degree or Industry Qualifications
  • Familiarity with marine leisure market or OEM supply chain
  • IT skills including MS Office
  • Team management & development
  • Crew & Distributor management
