Bespoke timber furniture is designed in house to maximize the space available in each model and is crafted by hand in a dedicated 128,000 ft2 (12,000 m2) facility.

CAD software is used to identify non-structural areas where weight savings can be achieved. Once built, each piece of cabinetry and every complex capping or solid door frame is protected with up to seven layers of lacquer and rubbed down by hand between coats for a deep lustrous finish.
